Nestled within the historic Sterling Hotel, RESTAURANT THIR13EN sets out to capture the sophistication and charm of its remarkable heritage while embracing the simple essence of the local dining scene that Sacramento has become. RESTAURANT THIR13EN will incorporate the philosophies of farm to table dining in its unpretentious yet sophisticated approach to food, yet will elevate these fundamentals to a level the majestic Sterling Hotel deserves.
We know that our customers want to connect with their food as much as they want to connect with those sharing it around the table. We feature seasonal, organic and local produce year-round on our daily-changing menus, including the super-local Soil Born Farms, an innovative urban agriculture project located within Sacramento. Our meat and dairy is from humanely raised, natural sources as much as possible.
Paasmore ranch is a sustainable freshwater fish producer, purveyor, and fishmonger. It was founded in 2005 in the foothills of Sloughhouse, California. At the time, the ranch was raw and beautiful with rolling hills, lush grasses, and a single lake full of crystal clear water. Passmore Ranch has since developed to include over 30 surface acres and 70 million gallons of fresh well water pumped from the pristine Cosumnes aquifer, in which it raises catfish, sturgeon, black bass, and others. Its goal is to nurture and assure quality from spawning until delivery.
